I design software people actually run their day on.
5+ years designing SaaS, ERP, retail, and mobile products across Pakistan and the Gulf, turning tangled business logic into interfaces people can rely on every day.
Selected work
IND. 01/04Lucrum POS
View →A point of sale redesign that cashiers actually enjoy using. Pushed user acceptance from 92% to 96% across 30,000+ transactions.
Order Management System
View →Real time order visibility from the moment it's placed to the moment it's dropped. Riders carry several deliveries at once, each tracked against an elapsed-time target.
Dagwood
View →A responsive ordering experience for a QSR brand. It picked up 10 to 15 orders a day organically before a single rupee went into marketing.
ZENY
View →Brand and product strategy for a chat-to-kitchen operating layer for Pakistani multi-branch retail. Positioning, audience architecture, and the identity system.
I work across ERP, retail, and mobile products, the parts of a business that are easy to overlook but hard to live without.
Based in Lahore, Pakistan. Senior product designer, five years in, currently leading design for a multi surface ERP ecosystem serving 3,000 to 5,000 users and mentoring three designers on the team. What I care about most is whether an interface holds up under daily, repeated use, not just how it looks in a first pass. Good design should make hard work feel lighter for the people doing it, all day, every day.
I work with Claude, Gemini, Copilot and Lovable as part of the process rather than beside it, enough that design delivery has come down from one or two weeks to three or four days.
